What areas do you serve?

Timber & Toast operates in Kamloops and surrounding areas. Select experiences may take place on private property, public scenic locations, or partnered venues depending on the package. If you have a specific location in mind, we’ll discuss it during consultation.


We do not sell or supply alcohol. If you’d like champagne, wine, or drinks included in your experience, you’re welcome to bring them. We provide celebration-ready presentation and glassware.

What happens if the weather changes?

For outdoor experiences, we build a contingency plan in advance. If weather conditions make the original plan unsafe or impractical, we’ll adjust the location or experience accordingly. If weather conditions make the location unsafe or unsuitable, Timber + Toast reserves the right to adjust the setup location or reschedule to protect the experience and all parties involved. We monitor forecasts closely and communicate clearly leading up to your date.


How far in advance should I book?

For planned experiences, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For urgent situations, The 11th Hour package may be available depending on scheduling


What is required to secure a booking?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to execution. Full details are provided during consultation.


Can you help if I’m planning a proposal?

Yes. The Proposal Experience includes full coordination, location scouting, and optional photographer collaboration to ensure timing and setup are handled properly.


Can you work within a specific budget?

Yes. During consultation, we’ll outline what’s realistic within your budget and recommend the best approach. Clear expectations. No surprises.


Yes. Absolutely. Your plans, surprises, and details stay confidential. Communication is straightforward and handled one-on-one to keep everything seamless.

Is this service private?


A Life happens. If you’re running behind, just let us know. Your experience is booked within a set time frame, and delays may shorten your reserved time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without communication may result in cancellation without refund.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This covers planning time, vendor coordination, and preparation. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your event will not require the remaining balance. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to preparation and vendor commitments. Rescheduling is available up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability, and must be used within 3 months of the original booking.
